Dit betekent dat als u hiervoor in aanmerking komt, op grond van uw inkomens- en vermogenspositie, de Raad voor Rechtsbijstand de kosten van uw advocaat betaalt. Het is wel mogelijk dat u eventueel eenmalig een eigen bijdrage moet betalen. In sommige gevallen is de rechtsbijstand geheel kosteloos.
